
My name is Larisa Mabey, but everyone who knows and loves me calls me Lara. I am The Quirky Baker — a creator who loves experimenting with food and making sweets that truly blow your mind! I’ve been baking since I was 10 years old, and not long ago I decided to turn this lifelong passion into a mission: crafting gluten-free goodies that are tasty, simple to make, and a joy to eat.
I’m a self-taught gluten-free baker with personal experience of Celiac disease and gluten intolerance. I’m not a medical expert, but I share well-known facts and simple stories from my own journey. I’ll bake for you on camera, entertain you, write recipes, and teach you how to cook them. Most of all, I’ll show you that living with Celiac isn’t the end of indulgence — with a little effort, it can be deliciously manageable.
